What does managed IT cost?

Managed IT is one predictable monthly price built around your business: a per-user rate for your team, plus any servers, office locations, and network equipment I manage. I will give you an exact quote after your free IT & Security Checkup. On-site visits are billed hourly, and one-time projects are quoted up front, so you always know what to expect.

Do I have to sign an agreement?

Yes. Managed IT is an annual agreement. That gives you predictable pricing for the year, and it gives me the time to properly secure, document, and improve your environment instead of just putting out fires.

What if I already have an IT person?

Great. I offer co-managed IT, where I back up your in-house person with 24/7 help desk coverage, security tools, and senior-level expertise for the bigger projects. You keep the person who knows your office, and they get a partner.

Do you come on-site?

Yes. Most issues are solved faster remotely, but I come on-site across central Indiana when a problem or project needs hands-on work. On-site time is billed hourly, and I will always let you know before a visit is needed.

What happens if I call at 2 a.m.?

You reach my 24/7 help desk, which handles everyday issues at any hour. Anything the help desk cannot resolve is escalated to me, and I follow up personally the next business day.

Do you support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Both. I manage, secure, and support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and I can migrate you from one to the other, or off older email systems, with minimal disruption.

How hard is it to switch IT providers?

Easier than most people expect. I coordinate the handoff with your current provider, gather the passwords and documentation, and get your team set up with minimal disruption.

Can you help us meet cyber insurance requirements?

Yes. Most insurers now expect multi-factor authentication, reliable backups, and endpoint protection. I put those safeguards in place and help you document them for your application.
